We begin the process of manufacturing your jewellery order as soon as you submit an order. If you wish to cancel your order please call us, WhatsApp us, or email us as soon as possible. We do not charge any cancellation fees but we request that you respect our time and effort.
- New and unopened items can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery for a full refund.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customers must return items in an unused condition with all materials included in the original shipment.
- The refund process will begin after the item is received and inspected by our team.
- Once the item is declared as defected by our quality inspection team, we will return the original amount and bear the shipping cost.
- Items on sale are not returnable or exchangeable.
