RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

• New and unopened items can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery for a full refund.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Customers must return items in an unused condition with all materials included in the original shipment.
• The refund process will begin after the item is received and inspected by our team.
• Once the item is declared as defected by our quality inspection team, we will return the original amount and bear the shipping cost.
