Riverstone collected from the Shigar Valley, Gilgit-Baltistan - shaped over centuries by glacial meltwater flowing down from the Karakoram - is strung into bead bracelets at Orah Jewels' Lahore workshop. The stone carries the rounded, worn quality that only moving water produces over time: each bead slightly different in size, tone, and surface from the one beside it.
The natural variation in color and finish across the bracelet is not inconsistency - it is the geological record of how these particular stones came to be smooth. The bracelet is adjustable and designed for everyday wear without ceremony.
