Gulzar - Natural Gemstone Jewellery

Gulzar is a brass jewelry collection by Orah Jewels and Crafts that takes its name from the Urdu and Persian word for garden. The collection spans earrings and pendants, each carrying a natural gemstone sourced from across Pakistan and the surrounding region: Lapis Lazuli from Badakhshan, Afghanistan; Fluorite and Red Jasper from Baluchistan; Aventurine from Swat Valley, KPK; and Brown Onyx. The palette moves from the deep blue of lapis to earthy red to soft green to pale lavender, across ten pieces set in aged brass.

Every piece in the Gulzar collection is assembled by hand at the Orah Jewels and Crafts facility in Lahore, using the same direct sourcing relationships that supply the sterling silver lines. The aged brass finish runs consistently through the collection, providing a warm anchor that allows each stone to carry its character without the setting competing for attention.
