How to Measure - Bangles (Closed Circle)

  1. Bring your thumb and little finger together, as if sliding a bangle onto your hand.
  2. Measure across the widest part of your knuckles with a ruler.
  3. Note the measurement in cm and match with the table below.
  4. No ruler? Use a strip of paper, mark where it meets, then measure against any flat surface.

How to Measure - Cuffs (Open at Back)

  1. Wrap a tape or string around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
  2. Note the circumference in cm and match with the table above.
  3. Cuffs are adjustable - if between sizes, choose the smaller size.
Between Sizes? For bangles, choose the larger size for comfort. For cuffs (open back), choose the smaller - they can be gently adjusted to fit.

How to Measure at Home

  1. Wrap a thin strip of paper tightly around the base of your finger.
  2. Mark where the paper overlaps, lay it flat and measure in mm.
  3. Find your circumference in mm in the table below.
  4. Measure at end of day - fingers are slightly larger then.
  5. If your knuckle is wider than your base, measure both and choose a size between the two.
