Surahi - Aventurine Brass Earrings

Rs.4,000

From the Sindhi Craft series by Orah Jewels and Crafts. Surahi takes its name from the long necked clay vessel that appears across Sindhi domestic and craft traditions. The earring's elongated form carries that same quality, a narrow drop that draws the eye downward in a clean, unbroken line.

The stone is natural aventurine sourced from Swat Valley, KPK. Aventurine carries fine fuchsite mica platelets within a quartz base, producing aventurescence, a soft internal sparkle visible as light shifts across the surface. The color is a muted earthy green, grounded and quiet rather than vivid.

The earrings are cast in brass and drop 1 inch from the ear, making them compact and comfortable for daily wear. The patterned face references the geometric vocabulary of Hala craft without overwhelming the small scale of the piece.

Crafted at Orah Jewels and Crafts in Lahore, drawing on twelve years of direct gemstone sourcing across Pakistan. One pair, one stone configuration.
