The Pari earrings by Orah Jewels combine organically shaped blue topaz from Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan with raw pink tourmaline from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, finished with a faceted white topaz accent. The name Pari means fairy in Urdu - three stones from Pakistan's northern mountain belt, their colors arranged to move from pale to deep across each earring.
Topaz from Skardu forms in granitic pegmatites under the Karakoram, and its blue is one of the cleaner natural blues in the Pakistani gemstone catalogue. The pink tourmaline is kept raw so the stone's natural color gradient remains visible alongside the more polished topaz.
