The Dastan rings by Orah Jewels are part of the Tehzeeb collection - an ode to Old Lahore of the 1930s and 40s. Crafted in brass with intricate surface patterns and set with black and white gemstones, the collection draws from the architectural facades, carved woodwork, and interior tile patterns of Lahore's pre-Partition mohallas. The word tehzeeb means culture and refinement in Urdu; dastan means story.

The black and white stone pairing references both the geometric heritage of Old Lahore and the visual tension between a specific era and the present. The rings are adjustable and handcrafted by Orah's Lahore artisans. Each piece reflects a craft lineage rooted in the city where it is made.
