Shaam-e-Neel - Amethyst and Blue Topaz Silver Earrings
From the Sunheri Shaam collection by Orah Jewels and Crafts, Shaam-e-Neel pairs a rough faceted amethyst with a rough, pale blue topaz hanging beneath it, from a small dimpled silver stud.
The amethyst is natural, sourced through Orah's network from South America. The topaz below it is cut from stone mined in the Skardu region of Gilgit Baltistan before being finished in Lahore. Both stones are left with a rough, uneven face rather than faceted smooth, so the drop reads as two raw pieces rather than two polished gems.
The deep violet amethyst sits above the paler, grayer blue topaz, so the earring moves from the warmer end of dusk into the start of night. At 2.1 Inches, the pair has real length and visible weight.
Made at Orah Jewels and Crafts in Lahore, with amethyst sourced through our gemstone network and topaz from Skardu. One pair.
