Tasmiyah - Natural Aventurine Wall Frame

Tasmiyah is a wall frame by Orah Jewels and Crafts, centered on the Kalima Tayyaba, the declaration of faith La Ilaha Illallah, Muhammadur Rasoolullah, rendered in calligraphy and set within a wood frame finished in gold toned molding. Natural aventurine gemstones are set around the calligraphy, sized at 12 x 12 Inches.

The aventurine in Tasmiyah is sourced from Swat Valley, KPK, where the same geological conditions that produce Pakistan's emerald and peridot also yield this green quartz. Its color and sparkle come from microscopic flakes of fuchsite mica trapped within the stone as it crystallized, a natural inclusion rather than a coating or treatment, which is why the shimmer runs through the body of the stone rather than sitting on its surface.

The Kalima Tayyaba, La Ilaha Illallah, Muhammadur Rasoolullah, meaning There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, is the first and central declaration of Islamic faith. Set in large calligraphy at the center of the frame, it is designed to hold a place of quiet significance in a home, read and re read rather than glanced at once.

Made at the Orah Jewels and Crafts facility in Lahore, with brass detailing and aventurine sourced and set in house.
