Rangreza - Natural Gemstone Jewellery
In Urdu, rangreza means one who works with color, a dyer, a painter of the visible world. This collection is named for that spirit.
Five stones, five color stories, ten names drawn from Urdu poetry and the Pakistani landscape. Green Aventurine from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa becomes Gul Naar, the pomegranate flower and Phool, a bloom held still. Rose Rhodonite takes the warmth of Gulabi Dhoop, a blush of winter sun. Topaz and Nephrite Jade from the northern mountains become Patang, a kite catching wind, and Nau Bahaar, the first morning of spring. Deep-blue Lapis Lazuli settles into Shaam, dusk , and Andaroon, the quiet world within. And Amazonite from Gilgit-Baltistan lifts into Aasmaan, the open sky, and Uraan, a thing in flight. Every piece is handcrafted at our Lahore studio. Stones sourced directly from miners across Pakistan, cut and set by hand. No two are identical.
