This copper bangle is handcrafted by Orah Jewels and Crafts and set with natural aventurine, inlaid by hand into the band. The soft green of the stone sits against the warm tone of copper for a piece with quiet, natural color.
The aventurine is sourced from Swat Valley, KPK, the same mineral rich terrain that produces some of Pakistan's finest colored gemstones. Its green color and light catching shimmer, known as aventurescence, come from tiny flecks of fuchsite mica trapped inside the quartz as it formed.
Made at the Orah Jewels and Crafts facility in Lahore, with the stone set and finished in house. One piece.
