Yazghil - Natural Tourmaline Earrings

The Yazghil earrings by Orah Jewels feature three watermelon tourmaline stones in each piece, set in sterling silver. Watermelon tourmaline - sourced through Orah's network from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa - takes its name from the natural gradient within the crystal: pink at the core, green at the outer layer, both colors formed simultaneously as the mineral grew.

This color zoning is a natural feature of tourmaline's crystalline structure, not a treatment or enhancement. At Orah, stones are selected for clarity of the gradient and kept raw so the transition from pink to green remains visible in the setting.
