Mystic Rhymes is a brass necklace by Orah Jewels and Crafts, set with natural aventurine. The soft green of the stone sits against the warm tone of brass for a piece with quiet, natural color.

The aventurine in Mystic Rhymes is sourced from Swat Valley, KPK, the same mineral rich terrain that produces some of Pakistan's finest colored gemstones. Its green color and light catching shimmer, known as aventurescence, come from tiny flecks of fuchsite mica trapped inside the quartz as it formed.

The stone is set simply within the brass setting, keeping the focus on the color and shimmer of the aventurine itself. It wears well as an everyday piece, layering easily with finer chains.
