Sabz Gul - Black Jasper and Nephrite Jade Brass Bracelet

Sabz Gul is an adjustable brass bracelet by Orah Jewels and Crafts, featuring a delicate flower charm set with black jasper and nephrite jade. The rich contrast between the two stones gives the piece a graceful, nature inspired character.

The black jasper in Sabz Gul is sourced from Balochistan, a dense, opaque microcrystalline quartz whose deep color comes from fine grained mineral impurities distributed evenly through the stone. Alongside it sits nephrite jade from the Bajur region near the Afghanistan border, a tough, fine grained mineral formed from calcium and magnesium rich rock under intense pressure, prized for thousands of years across Asia for both its durability and its smooth, waxy green surface. The pairing sets a matte black against a soft green, two stones with very different formation histories brought together in a single small charm.

The flower charm holds both stones close together in one setting, keeping the piece delicate rather than heavy, and the adjustable brass band opens to fit a range of wrist sizes. It wears well alone or layered with other brass and silver pieces.
